Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this process server.
My concern is not simply that the individual was never served. Before the first attempt, I specifically asked the process server not to knock on the door and instead to wait for the individual to come outside because I was concerned that once he knew someone was trying to serve him, he would begin avoiding service. Despite my request, the process server knocked on the door.
Afterward, I specifically reminded him again not to knock on the door. Despite that reminder, he knocked again on another attempt. This was exactly what I had asked him not to do because I was concerned it would alert the individual that someone was attempting to serve him.
This was especially concerning to me because I had specifically explained that I did not want the individual alerted to the service attempts. My dissatisfaction was never simply about the number of attempts or the fact that service was unsuccessful. My concern is that I gave specific instructions based on what I knew about the situation, and those instructions were not followed—even after I repeated them.
The company emphasizes that our agreement included three attempts and that a fourth attempt was made at no additional charge. I acknowledge that a fourth attempt was made. However, from my perspective, additional attempts did not correct the problem and did not make the situation better.
I also had problems with the paperwork afterward. I needed the proper documentation of the attempts for my court case. After I posted my review and requested an additional declaration on the appropriate form, I was initially asked to remove my review before receiving the additional documentation. He has now stated that he will provide it.
I was also specifically told that he does not file the documentation regarding his service attempts with the court and that I would have to file it myself. I ultimately had to pay another process server to file the paperwork for me.
I hired a professional process server because this was important to my court case. I expected my specific instructions to be taken seriously and expected clearer assistance with the required documentation and filing process.
This review reflects my personal experience with the service I paid for. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Tony was amazing and as difficult as it was to serve the other party, he went above and beyond my expectations and made it happen fast and efficiently! Highly recommended! Hopefully i dont have to go through having to do this again, but if and when I do, im calling Atta Boy.
